Exciting things happening in Silver CREST

• Silver CREST and Silver Team CREST are awards for challenging projects for students usually at the Year 11-13 level.
• A Silver CREST Award takes two terms to one school year to complete.
• Silver CRESTers are required to work with a consultant and this person should be someone with expertise on the topic the project is related to.
• Silver CRESTers also need an assessor. This person should be someone with expertise on the topic the project is related to. An assessor is someone other than the consultant or supervising teacher. The assessor needs to discuss the project with students to allow them to demonstrate that they have satisfied the assessment criteria.
